DELIVERY INFORMATION
Lady JoJo's dispatches their orders via a courier service. Items are usually shipped same day (if order placed before 2pm) with next day delivery. We know how important it is for customers to have a quick turn around period in their order so we try our utmost to get it to you as fast as possible. There is no guarantee however that it will be next day delivery. If you urgently require an item then please do highlight this in your order or e-mail us with your order number stating this and we shall do our very best to get it to you as soon as possible.
Orders over £100.00 (within the UK) will automatically be given free delivery.

Worldwide orders are usually shipped the day after the order is placed and via a recorded/signed for international delivery service. We can not provide a timescale for these as every country's postal system and customs process is different.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. We reserve the right to change these Terms & Conditions from time to time and urge you to check them carefully before you make a purchase. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
2. Payment and Price: Payment is made advance on our website. The net price of the item is stated clearly on our website and excludes delivery. If an item has been incorrectly priced, we reserve the right to supply the item at the correct price. If we become aware after the order we will give you the option or re-ordering at the correct price or cancelling your order.
3. Delivery: We will arrange delivery to the address you have supplied at the time of purchase. We will do our best to arrange delivery by the time stated on our website but we do not guarantee delivery by these times. We do not accept liability for any costs incurred due to failure or delayed delivery.
4. Returns: We hope you love your purchase however if you no longer want the item and require a refund, the goods must be returned to us by a recorded postal service at your own cost. We do not accept liability for items lost in the post which customers are returning. Items must be returned within 7 days of you receiving the delivery. Under no circumstances will items be refunded if they have not been posted for return within this 7 day period. If any extra charges have been incurred by us from our delivery company, for example, due to items being returned to us as the customer has not responded to their delivery notification in time, postage costs will not be re-funded if you wish to return the item.
With reference to sizing, please be aware that our dresses come in vintage, American and international sizes so the size on the pricing tag will usually not match the size on the dress. This is not an error.
All Sale or Discounted items are final. If upon return we do not deem the goods faulty or if they have been tampered with in any way we will not offer a refund/exchange.
Please note that items bought instore have a separate returns policy with a 14 day return period. Items brought back after the 14 days will not be eligible for a refund under any circumstances.
5. Availability: A binding legal contract will not come into existence until we dispatch goods. This means that until that happens we may decline to provide you with the goods, for example due to unavailability. If any goods are unavailable then we will contact you as soon as possible and arrange a full refund.
6. Intellectual Property: All designs, photos and copy on this site remains the property of the owners. Any unauthorised use of material on this site is strictly prohibited.
